MORE courses are free
You can visit our Courses page and enroll in as many courses as you’d like.
After you create your account, you will get a confirmation email in your inbox. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder.
Sometimes work email systems block our messages. To make sure you get future emails, add our email address to your safe sender list.
404 codes can happen for a variety of reasons. Sometimes they occur when we have large amounts of traffic on our site or when internet connections are slower than usual. Please click on the refresh button at the top of your browser screen (it looks like a circular arrow), and the page should load properly.
This error may be due to a slow internet connection and the request timed out.
Please log in and enroll in the course again.
Sometimes people create more than one account and log into the wrong one. If this happens, the courses they enrolled in will not appear. You may contact our Admin at to check and see if this is the case.
You can unsubscribe from our newsletter or mailing list at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of those emails. However, system emails – such as registration confirmations and course notifications – are required for your account and cannot be unsubscribed from.
You can update your information by logging into the MORE site. When you log in, your profile area is the first page you see. It is called “My Account” in the site menu. Alternately, you can contact our Admin for assistance.
There are a couple of places you can find your certificate.
- There will be a link at the top of the course you completed.
- In your profile area, “My Account.” This page will show you what courses you are enrolled in; which ones have been completed; and which ones are in progress. You will also have access to a one-page transcript if you don’t want a bunch of individual certificates.
Course sections have a Complete button that activates once you have participated in the required activity. Please click on it for the system to log your progress. Our Admin staff can help if needed.
We can reset your course. Please contact us and make sure you have your existing certificate downloaded.
At this time, our system won’t create multiple certificates for the same course. We are exploring options to make this available in the future.
