What makes us human beings? Are there certain “ingredients”? This course explores aspects of humanity as it relates to personal life and professional work as K-12 educators.
 At the end of this course you will be able to:
- Define Mental Wellness and explain why it is central to success in schools.
- List factors central to a Bio-Psycho-Social-Spiritual (BPSS) understanding of life for students and educators.
- Use the BPSS framework to identify interventions to enhance Mental Wellness in yourself and students.
